I have some very exciting news to share here at Kiss To Fly! One of our companies, Kigi LLC, is launching their new platform! This company holds a very special place in my heart, through the development process of this brand my life was dramatically transformed in such a positive way. It has been a long and rewarding journey so far, yet there are always new beginnings as we continually evolve. I love everything involved in business development and branding, it never turns out to be what I first imagined, however learning to let go has allowed for more exciting things to happen.
Kigi’s first company was Kigi Life, a Brooklyn based lifestyle brand designed to empower people to live authentic lives. We started with t-shirts being our product, thinking that meaningful tees would be fun for people to wear as they began to connect more deeply with themselves while experiencing the Kigi Life. Our business model was designed to always give back, to teach giving back, and to pay it forward. Before we knew it we were fundraising for nonprofits through t-shirt sales and experiential events. We found a lack of “love based” communities where people could share positive news stories about global issues. We enjoy seeing the brighter side ~the loving side~ of current global events, opposed to the fear filled main stream news publications. Using this knowledge, we designed and developed our latest social impact venture: KIGI LOVE a fully certified nonprofit social media platform dedicated to the advancement of arts and culture. We showcase artists through our curated cultural events and on-line publication. By providing a niche community for people who want to make a change, you can actively be the change you wish to see.
